Luisa Gavidi, 13 of Lasakau, Bau, Tailevu; is the first scholarship awardee for 2009.

Luisa will be attending Suva Grammar School in 2009 as a third former. The total value of the scholarship is $240 and is for all three terms of the 2009 school year.

Luisa is the daughter of Liliana, and the granddaughter of the late Levani Uluivuya of Soso, Bau, Tailevu.

The following students were awarded Nalovo scholarships for Term 1 2007. A total of FJ$1000 was disbursed.
